THE JTA ACADEMIC ALL STARS is an opportunity to recognize the academic accomplishments of 3rd through 7th grade athletes. This is also a great way to encourage kids to work on their grades, as good grades and athletics go hand-in-hand when they reach higher grades.
Individual students with straight A’s or 3s in their core courses (Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies/History) will be recognized at one of the High School play-off games. Cheer Sponsors and Football Coaches should collect report cards from members on their squads and teams who make the grade! JTA will no longer be tabulating the over all grade point averages for cheer squads as a whole. Only individuals will be recognized. JTA All-Stars Grade Log |
